Do Both Lifts on the Same Day?

bob ticono uses a unit directional approach, where the focus on each day is one particular exercise. The closer you get to competition, obviously, the more important becomes to do both lifts on the same day. So for e, from push and strength, then very often the lifts will be from boxes or something that's less tressful for the back. But we're stillw still developing the pattern of pulling the barbo from the floor, but in a litittle bit of a less stressful environment.
