Just gently noticing, just witnessing what's happening for you right now as you turn your attention within. Coming into your body more, resting into this embodied experience. And allowing whatever is happening for you and the body to be okay. Any pain, any discomfort, simply noticing. But if you have to move a little bit to be more comfortable, then do so.
