President Nelson has been critical of people who are in struggle. "I took exception to being called a lazy learner, even though I was on a faith journey," she says. He didn't shy away from the idea that there can be conflict and that conflict does exist; it needs to be addressed. She also thought he did a very nice job of preventing presenting both sides of a view.
