We have entered into what land himself called a slump from the 2000s like late 2000s You know early 2000s onwards. And there seems to be within the within the air a sort of Cynicism that we've just ended up in this place of stagnance and juicy I mean if you agree with me in terms of those two possibilities Do I mean I would be right in saying you're an optimist? We seem to whip back and forth between oh my god There's too much change and it's destabilizing everything and then we whip right around to oh my God There's not enough change and we're stagnant right and it's horrible, says David Frum.
