Is Your Roadmap Customer Driven?
I was wondering actually about the process through which those new features are prioritized. So how does it work? Does your team have a list of candidate features? And then do you go out and seek feedback on that from customers? Or is it more customer driven? Like customers come into you and say, hey, we need this or that? Or do you meet somewhere in the middle? It's primarily customer driven. We spend a lot of time talking to customers, understanding the pain points and how we can help them mitigate those pain points.
