The Supply of Short-Term Rentals in Victoria
A lot of investors decided, I'm not getting enough cash flow from regular rentals. I'm going to do a short-term rental. The supply of available short-term rentals in Victoria exploded because people were looking for yield. Even the hotels in Victoria have been suffering throughout that winter. It was a very dark winter.
