The Root Cause of the Debt Sealing Debt Problem
The root cause of the problem is that the government spends, decides to spend, weigh too much before we actually get to that credit limit. Inflation normally means too much money chasing, you know, not enough goods and services. The likelihood of seeing at least a modestly high rate of inflation forward with a stagnant economy is pretty likely outcome in at least the next couple of years. And i wonder whether the fed is at risk of raising rates in a deep fragility of the economy.
