The Importance of Stakeholder Management in Product Development
I think one of the things you know that you called out at the beginning and this process was also starting to understand where the key stakeholders are within the business. I'd love to shift into that realm and thinking about when we were working together at Lego we had to spend a lot of time thinking about stakeholder management tactics and tools as we would drive through the design thinking process. We need to to remember to use that tool and not stay away from it because it does work for for successful product development.
