A study by oskerson suggested that smart goals weren't particularly ducive to sustained health behavior success. The superordinate goal is at the top of the hierarchy, and it is honestly the type of goal people would tell you not to set because it is so vague. These superordinate goals are more like values, you know, they our identity based, and they form a really nice a foundation. They kind of anchor usand they provide the hy to why we're pursuing a goal.
