The Mindset of a Leader I Love That
Most people have started business the intention to kind of hold control and be the hero kind of like figurehead of the company means that they burn out or lose their mind. I love that the difference of doing a movement and and just growth I guess it's really it's like cool and it gives such a wonderful sense of reward you know can you imagine that if one leader can produce so many leaders yeah each of whom is then producing so many other leaders in turn? It goes into geometric progression which then becomes a movement how wonderfully satisfying it. You realize that this is how this is how society is changed this is how entire community is changed when there's lots and lots of leadership that's true democracy
