Tyler: We originally proposed the deal with 15% seller financing and then there were a couple other things involved on top of that. By the end, it was roughly 20% seller finance, 75% with the SBA and then I came up with the other 5%. Tyler: One guy who's going to come in for the most is going to invest through his, um, self-directed pension plan because he's an entrepreneur. He owns a very successful business himself. The Fed had just raised rates. So we're like, I got to get this thing done.
