The Impact of the Tismut on Aged Care Facilities
The broad thrust of the review is to have a three-tiered system with extremely highly skilled and highly paid people at the top. A sort of middle tier that will be people earning above a 70,000 which would be engineers, IT, those sorts of skills. And then a third tier, which would be lower paid, but in areas of skill shortage like the care economy. Is that a sensible approach that could prioritise the areas of greatest need in the Australian economy? In theory, once again, there is the potential - I haven't had a chance to go through all the detail,. But we're not seeing any ability or any want to sort of do that.
