There's a lot of stigma with the planners in journals. The advice is figure out how to use it, because that's where the barrier is though and building that into your routine. Check that every morning. Check it every evening. Put it and so that's another thing, when i'm building a routine with someone and they want to use a journal, for example, it's different for everyone. For some people, the phone works for them best, and for other people, a hand written journal works for thembest.
