Coaches, Is It Worth It?
Coaches struggle with the question, is it worth all this effort? Often imes, what it cost our family? And i'm just kind of curious. How have you poured into and tried to maintain that balance? Because it's a tough one for any coach in the lete. You know, i think ormeit has come down to taking time away from my craft, my vocation,. My job, and say, i have to make sure i get 30 minutes with the boys in debots before they go to bed. It helped me put rules in place in our programme that no one can be working their players, when it was dinner Time.
