Are You Dealing With a Mental Disorder?
Most people have not done a lot of self reflection work in a way that translates their behaviours. Most people grew up in families where there at least some unhealthy dynamics. One thing t we can do is raise our stress threshold. Don't expect anybody to change unless it's self directed. Forget trying to get people to change. It does not work. And i think that i'm trying to reduce the amount of problems in the world by forcing or encouraging other people to change is just generally not that good.
