There's a lot of reasons to get into real estate i don't think that there's any one particular reason some people get into real Estate accidentally where they buy a house and then live in it. Some people rent out rooms in their home to subsidize their mortgage while others work nine to five jobs and want to create supplemental income so they get into realestate for cash flow.
