There's a great section where you get quite philosophical near the end. And we have touched on some of this but there was this image that's really stuck with me about Siphias pushing the boulder up the hill. You found some real positivity in that existential thinking around the pointlessness of trying to improve yourself when you're getting older and you're going to lose basically. It's a losing battle. At one point do you even say at one point you kind of you don't envy the younger runners. You actually you have the better insight somehow.
