The Sprog Case: The Veracity of the Witness Statement

Sealy and Sarah Sprog were ambushed in their farmhouse by a masked man who took $38. When they returned to the house, Sealy was lying in a pool of frozen blood after being hit on the head with a metal bar that's used to hold railroad tracks together. This is another very violent attack. He only got $38 worth of stuff on this one. Did the husband, could he recall anything about his attacker? Because oftentimes when you have such massive head trauma, you don't remember the events that led up to that attack. That's what I think is going on.
