The Eating Environment Is a Big Part of Your Diet
The food environment plays a really important role on what you end up eating. Your house should an occupational setting where only health promoting foods are available to you. The non distracted eating, that would be another behavior modification via the environment to ultimately reach the appropriate energy intake per day. And then if you're kind of building each meal around a palm sized portion of lean protein, a fist sized portion of fruits and or vegetables and a whole grains or legoms per meal, you're likely going to be ok.
