We actually develop a very clear pattern on our DNA as we age. And they've done all the tests and they've compared it with lots of people. So someone who sits on a couch enjoys a pint and a few pies has actually got, will likely have a methylation clock which is accelerating. Whereas if you jump off the couch into a bit of exercise then you can actually slow that aging clock down.
