How to Write Requirements for Amazon's Landing
When I'm convincing the people around making a case for, hey, why we should be building this, I will often take, I will be recording every single user conversation I've had. That's the default that I would also do back in the day when we would have this ability to bring users into the buildings as well. It helps when you have already addressed those concerns to some extent,. like for example, for one of my projects, privacy, it was privacy sensitive. So I already got through a privacy approval by going to the privacy office hours and getting them to say, yes, we're on board with what you're doing.
