Should You Sell Now?

I currently live, i in canada and work remotely for my company. You have an opportunity to move tor closer your family in the east coast. The current housing market concerns me a case. Should you sell now and m and move, or wait? I would sell now. If you look at what could happen with howling prices it could go either way. But if it goes against you, it's going to be harder than it is now.
