The Importance of Creativity in the Marine Corps

I think we're still mired in a lot of the same strategic atrophy that we have been since I was in Afghanistan over 10 years ago. But I hope we're helping, but I'm not always sure we are. War in the Rocks is part of an engine for discovery, discovering the true nature of problems and what can be done to solve them. It would be just kind of interesting to sense over time is some of this ferment having an impact or do you kind of see some places where there's movement?
