Introduction

My night time routine follows two overarching principles. One, wind down. Two, don't try to force sleep. As an adult, you need rules for yourself. Here are five rules i follow: No social media after nine p m; no bright screens after ten p m.; blue blocking glasses after 10 p m.: And five, in bed by midnight.
