Can Coffee Help You Fall Asleep?

Coffee has a half life effect of 12 hours, and it'll be in your blood stream. Small amounts of alcohol makes you sleepy equals you have been sleep deprived. Some people drink a nightcap to make them fall asleep easier. But if you take whiskey, that's not so much a volume propem rit, but after about four hours, it causes both sleep disruption and it very much suppresses ren's sleep altogether.
