Is There a Crab in the Sea?
Cables running along the sea bed to transport electricity can affect local crabs. Brown crabs move over quite long distances, and could come into contact with cables off offshore windfarms. The movement of males may disrupt reproduction in some populations where the supply of male crabs is being reduced for whatever reason.
