The Art of the Non-Judgemental Observation of the Present Moment
If mindfulness practice is the art of the non-judgmental observation of the present moment, we all know what this is like because we've all sat and looked at the clouds. We don't have judgments with clouds because we don't have expectations of what a cloud should be. The point is that I'm just observing. In the art of observing, there is no judgment. That to me is more important and more powerful than the other things.
