I think future socialism would put a huge emphasis on the quality and quantity of specialists being produced. American hospitals, from what I've read, are run on basically skeleton crews most of the time. This just reinforces that idea that under socialism, as used to exist and as it would exist in the future, not only would the particular quality of education be focused on, but also the sheer amount of people graduating.
