The Divide in Support for Thrombolysis
There is a complete divide in support for thrombolysis. The emergency medicine community are less so, shall we say, and almost to some degree, actually against the idea. We don't look after these stroke patients long term on the ward. So it's an extraordinarily expensive resource which can only deal with one patient at a time. But also, we need to think about those patients that are being missing out.
