What's the Difference Between Smoothness and Sweetness?

People think double cream is sweet, and that's because its smoothness. Your fingers are biasing the brain to say what it's getting from the tongue. As infants we pick everything up with our fingers put them in the mouth. So feeling things with the fingers is a prediction for the very sensitive receptors on the tongue - so that helps us put these senses into context. I guess that that you're not really receiving just one set of data, that all these things are mixing together. Ya, and flavour is always a mixture of touch, taste and smell,. That sound can affect it. Things outside head can affected it. But now what i want to do is show you another hidden sense
