The S&P 500 Is Up One and a Half Percent the NASDAQ's Up a Quarter Percent

Mike Wilson is the CIO and Chief Chatter strategist over at Morgan Stanley. He doubled down into the end of last year on or started this year on his bearish thesis but he did do something really important in mid-October talked about it a lot at the lows they called for a tactical trading rally 15%. On Bloomberg, Mike said that you know he's being questioned by the two people that are interviewing him and again he looked really wrong right now after being really right for a year and going both ways. The NASDAQ 100 has been heavier than S&P we've been highlighting that for months now It is above that downtrend but it has not touched its 200-day moving average
