The UK's Approach to Climate Change

When the National Grid tried to come up with a figure they suggested three trillion pounds of investment. But you know there's other things that are very difficult to decarbonise and no figure was put on those by the National Grid. I think at date about 17 countries have passed a legally binding net zero target like we have. They exclude China, America, the two worlds biggest carbon amissors. It doesn't look as if Biden or Xi Jinping have any intention sooner from legally committing themselves to this target.
