The Importance of Being a Manager
I think when i became a manager, i started having more sympathy for other managers. There's some managers that don't deserve ampathy though, byad but managers are humans too. I think the most i really have to deal with work place politics with other managers is protecting my direct reports. Band ith, so, you know, working at an agency, your constantly swamped. Teams are always swampd.
