The Effect of the Reserve Bank on Productivity
Millennials and gen Zs have not lived through a difficult financial period. When I first started working, the culture was to be thankful you got a job. And we're always worried that we were going to lose our job. The government threw so much money at their economy because they overspent. This has created low productivity and high inflation as a result of it. People also know they can get a job anyway, because there's such low unemployment. It has to be who they think they are, who they what they think their obligations are.
