The SEC and Kraken's Little Litigation

The New York Department of Financial Services gave Paxos permission to issue the Binance USD. But at the same time the SEC had sent Paxos a letter saying hey we're thinking about calling BUSD is security do you care to? It's going to be really interesting to see how how the courts like I guess which side the courts fall on right because when SEC crypto actions have been litigated the SEC is almost always won so the courts seem to think the SEC is kosher yeah but it's happened recently.
