Do You Have a Plan to Provide Cluster Munitions to Ukraine?
We adhere to the Oslo Convention banning cluster munitions, even though there were not a signatory to it. There are lots of different types of cluster munitions. By policy, we don't export things with a dud rate of above 1%. But there's an open question of, should you add to that problem even more? So these are just big thorny questions and we're just, we're not there yet.
