The Governor Has No Authority to Enact Even the Emergency Orders
The governor has no right to enact a law and no authority with the executive branch to enforce even the emergency orders. He didn't even have that. The judiciary is in lock step with theexecutive branch in allowing the governor to usurp the limitations of power, he says.
