Is Mental Illness Really Getting Worse?

There's this suffocating, irrational despair that comes with depression or panic. If you're listening to this and youare in that kind of a state of mind, please seek out help. I would much rather take the physical pain. It is that severe. My heart goes out to anybody who's going through that.
