The Effects of Fasting on Fat Storage

At some point, if you continue to gain fat, you will hit what's called your personal fat threshold. That is basically the amount of fat storage that you can safely handle before your tissue just can't hold onto all that extra energy anymore. And so when that storage capacity gets exceeded, you're going to start to see deposition of fat in other organs and other tissues.
