The Importance of a Personal Bond With a Teacher

In comparison to my personal schooling experience in America it's a lot harder to befriend your teachers because you see them as like this authority figure who's handing out grades. The stereotype where workers in Japan are extremely overworked is very prevalent in Japan especially in teachers. Sometimes if you have to deal with a whole class of 40 students social problems it's quite a living hell for some of them. For me I was thankfully not a first time arrival in Japan so I already had a small idea of how like the trains work and maybe some like mannerisms such as making sure you take your shoes off before you enter your house. It never really hits you until you get in and you start meeting a lot
