Montana is the biggest US exporter of coal, but also relies on outdoor recreation as a huge source of income like billions of dollars a year. It's known for fishing, agriculture, skiing, and obviously climate change is affecting all those activities. There has been this focus that actually by shifting from fossil fuels to green energy might not pay as much. But there are so many other jobs that may not exist if that entire sector of tourism just disappears as a result of climate change.
