Hell Is Not Owed

With the final judgment being binary in the sense that it's heaven or hell, heaven is not owed. Does that mean that heaven is given as a gift to some, but then the rest are owed hell? Would you accurately say that? Well, I don't know what you guys think. This quickly gets to stuff that people don't like to hear anymore within Christian theology. Almost Calvinistic or hyper-Calvinistic.
