I'm wired to believe that i can do stuff, you know. I have a lot of empathy as part of my a d d. Sometimes limiting beliefs hold us back, and we procrastinate around that. If there was an emotional connection, i really just had to kind of spend some time with that and re evaluate,. You know, on my thinking right? Am i looking at this in a healthy way? Or do i have to step back and challenge, ah, my emotions about something, or my beliefs?
