When i was young in evangelical circles, there was a tendency, if you gave a talk for me, sa wit, the lord was with you. That's not very much help to a younger man. And i think proclamation trust started just treating people sensibly as those who were prepared to take criticism and realized that they weren't ge it right. So it's just realism. Are we doing the job properly? You can't succeed anywhere in business unless you do the job properly. Why should you succeed in the church if you don't do the job proper?
