Yes we've broken out and we've moved above the downtrend line but we're nowhere near. rates have generally I think been topping right or have peaked and that we aren't really going higher. Were we even to go higher it's going to be an increment higher so if you just can say yes we've move above the downt trend line the first iteration of this article.
