Is There a Solution Involving the Wheel?

The wheel almost never comes up in nature itself. Almost all of the skeletal muscle in our bodies is designed by evolution for the operation of levers. There are other types of chines and machine parts that are rare or even non existent in nature. But animal body plans clearly favor the versatility of legs based on levers instead of wheels.
