Is There a Philosophy of Artificial General Intelligence?

My final project for programming in college was we had to write a multi-threaded chat application in Java. I don't know if it's worked out too well, Mark Zuckerberg actually said that being the CEO of this company feels like waking up every morning and getting punched in the stomach. Correctly, the 99% of AI, or at least AGI, which is artificial general intelligence, is philosophy especially regarding what consciousness is. So there's rarely any wrong answers. Thank you, Gordon.
