The Importance of Capital Growth in Property Investments
The journey you're going to have is going to comprise of five stages. It starts with the education stage then you spend less than you earn trap this extra cash flow in a savings account or wherever get built up a deposit to invest Then it's the asset accumulation stage that's going to take two or three property cycles to build a substantial income producing properties. Once you've got a substantial asset base then you can lower your loan to value ratios and then eventually you can live off your cash flow. The best way safest way to get through this journey is to enjoy only by properties that will outperform the market with regards to capital growth.
