It's really important to know that small changes can make a big difference. Even just those small, little things that you can do in your class to support all your children will make a huge difference. And i'ud also say, don't be intimidated by kind of asking questions. Just ask the questions and challenge those kind of decisions,. Look at your interventions and what's going on, and kind of read up yourself as well. Find some decent ideas. Twitteries are good, non if you don't want to kind of participate in twitter, actually, just using a couple of hash tags hat."
