Is Diversity Really Important?
I like computing for how it solves human problems. And so working with people who aren't necessarily thinking like technologists already, but maybe have a different perspective on problems is really exciting to me. I spend a lot of time trying to help people see the power of computer programming and then kind of incorporate it with what they care about.
